The officer made an official record “I-407 advised” on my passport about my permanent resident status due to my absences. What should i do? Can i still travel to visit my grandmother who’s been too sick closed to death?

The officials have made a note that you may not be in the Country long enough for your claimed residency. You should be able to travel.
